How often during the day to you say to yourself “...that is so simple! Why didn’t I think of that?!” Only to be left frustrated that someone else beat you to the punch. Me too. But, frankly, I got tired of it.
For the last 5 months I have been working on a new project. I teamed up with Jim Garman again to create a checklist app for real estate agents, It is called GoConnect.
GoConnect is an iPhone app designed to help real estate agents handle our transaction checklists. Schedule the inspector, call the lender, update our clients - there are dozens of tasks that have to get done for each client.
When working with multiple clients at a time, which is usually necessary, we begin to have those hair-on-fire-moments which helps no one!
Since GoConnect allows me to have all my information on my phone it could save me so much heartache...and in turn make me even better equipped to take care of my clients while I run around finishing the app.
We are releasing it to agents nationwide, but I am hoping to become my own best advocate!
